You may not have seen it coming, but we've got a sense of humor too.
BURGUND is a project built around coffee in its broadest sense.
As a roaster, I am constantly driven by curiosity—the desire to learn more, explore further, and share that knowledge with others. Yet in the reality of running a roastery, it is sometimes easy to lose sight of what made us fall in love with specialty coffee in the first place.
BURGUND is my way of slowing down.
It is a space where every coffee is given the time and attention it deserves. A place to refine roast profiles until they truly express their potential, to explore each coffee through every brewing method available, and to challenge established conventions.
I don't believe coffee should be confined to categories such as filter or espresso, black or with milk. Every coffee has more to offer than a label. What matters is the experience—the opportunity to discover something unique and to let each coffee take you on its own journey.
I would love to share those journeys with you.
As you may have already noticed, dear fellow traveler, this is not a store. BURGUND is intentionally personal, focused on connection rather than transactions.
That said, I probably have around 50 kilograms of coffee waiting to be enjoyed, and I would genuinely love to share it with you.
